Disclamer:-By commissioning me, I will consider that you have fully read and accepted the T.O.S.
If you have any questions regarding the understanding of anything please feel free to ask !
-If you do not agree to my Terms of Service then you will be denied a commission.
-Violators of the rules (especially policy of personal use) will be blacklisted.
-Any use of my art for Generative AI, NFTs and Machine Learning is STRICTLY PROHIBITED

-The commissioned artwork always includes Personal use and Monetized content use, unless stated otherwise.
-You can't use the commission as merch design or gain any profit from it, you can't sell it in any way unless you have the Commercial rights.//Personal use includes: Socials, website, wallpaper, print and framing in personal space ////Monetized content use includes: Streaming, videos, socials ect...
(Digital content shared on monetized platforms like Twitch, Youtube, tiktok ect.)////Commercial rights/use includes: putting my art on merch, selling my art for your profit or for free//If you have any doubt of if a use is personal, monetized or commercial, don't hesitate to ask me.
_____________________________________________________________________Payment:-Payment will always be by Paypal in EUR only. (or made directly on Ko-fi)
-You will need to pay 100% of the price before I start the project.
-This amount cannot be refunded unless I'm not able to do the commission.
-I'll start to work on the project only after the payment is received.
-If you want a rush on the commission there will be a rush fee added.
-The client is eligible for a refund if the commission is cancelled prior to me starting the project.
- The client is no longer eligible for a refund if they choose to cancel a commission after the project has been started.
_____________________________________________________________________Commissions:-Make sure you have references, Reference sheets are preferred, if you do not have any, try to have a thorough description of what you want with visuals.
-If you want, you can give me a little sketch as a reference of what you want for the composition (for illustrations), no matter if you think it's bad, It will help to guide me more than you think!
-DO NOT SEND LINKS, I won't open them. Please only send screenshots/pictures directly when we're speaking.
-After starting the commission you will receive a sketch that you will need to validate and tell me if it needs any changes.
-After the sketch is approved nothing can be changed, and I will continue the project.Deadlines will differ depending on the project, they will be disclosed before the project is started._____________________________________________________________________Adoptables:-Adoptables are sold on Ko-fi only.
-ALL adoptables that I make are sold with Monetized content use and Commercial rights included.
-First come First serve.
-You can, of course, change the name of the adopt, it's only a placeholder.
-I will still hold rights to use the art as promotional material or for portfolio purposes, but you will own the character your purchase.
-Credit is highly appreciated if you post the adopt on socials.
-You may edit any designs after purchase, but NOT the art directly.
-You can't claim you created the design/character.
-If you chargeback on an adoptable after purchasing, I will revoke your rights to owning the adopt and design and will resell it to someone else. You will also be blacklisted.
-No refunds after the purchase.
-Please do NOT resell the character immediately after purchase, wait at least 1 month.
-If you end up reselling the adopt DON'T resell it at a higher price than the original + make sure the new buyer knows I'm the artist/creator.
-Any use of my art for Generative AI, NFTs and Machine Learning is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
-By purchasing an adopt from me, you are agreeing to my TOS.
